Deactivating Debit Cards on the NWSB Mobile App
If you have any security concerns about your debit card accounts, you can deactivate your cards via the Mobile App, allowing you to have immediate control over your cards.
After logging into your account, go to the menu on the left and click “Manage Cards.”
Once you click on “Manage Cards,” all of your cards will appear under “My Cards.” For any cards you have concern about, click the red “Turn Card Off” button first. Then, you can confirm your selection by clicking “Turn Off” or cancel your selection.
