Q: I lost my pin #, how do I get a new one?
A: Please come by your branch office, and fill out the request. We need your original signature for security purposes.

Q: Can I get more than one card per account?
A: Yes, as long as that person's name is on the account.

Q: Does the debit charge immediately come off my balance?
A: Yes.

Q: Why do deposits put into ATM machine not receive immediate credit.
A: It usually takes 24 hours to be posted.

Q: Is the balance showing on my ATM receipt the right balance?
A: No, it will take about 24 hours to be fully posted.

Q: What is my daily withdraw limit at the ATM machine?
A: $300.00.

Q: Can my daily limit be increased?
A: Yes, the ATM limit is $300 per day and store transaction is $1,500 per day. The limit can be increased, but you need to fill out the proper forms with a teller.

Q: Is there a charge for debit and ATM cards?
A: If you use it as a debit, there is a charge of $1.00, but if you use it as a credit, there is no charge.

Q: What number do I call if a card stolen, after hours?
A: You can call us during business hours, after regular banking hours you can call (800) 264-4274 to report the lost or stolen card.

Q: Is there a fee to replace an ATM/Debit card?
A: Yes, there is a $5.00 fee.

Q: Can you pick your own pin number for your ATM/Debit card?
A: Yes, it can be done only at the NWSB ATM machines, and you will need the current pin number to be able to change it. 

Q: How long does it take to receive a debit card?
A: It takes 2-3 weeks and the bank will notify you when it arrives.

Q: How much can I spend at stores using ATM card?
A: The limit is $1,500.00 for your protection.

Q: How can I avoid getting charged for using my debit card at stores?
A: Use as credit.

Q: Do you offer ATM cards?
A: Yes.

A: No charge.

Q: Do you offer credit cards?
A: Yes, and you can apply or request an application for one at any of our branch locations. You can even use your ATM card as a credit card as long as you have sufficient money available in that account.

Q: Can I get cash with my debit card?
A: Yes, as long as you have sufficient money available in that account.

Q: Will my debit card work in other ATM's than NWSB?
A: Yes, but there is a charge for using foreign ATM.

Q: What is my limit at point of sale per day?
A: $1,500.00

Q: Why should I use my Visa Debit Card as a credit?
A: If you use it as a credit, there is no charge.

Q: When you use the debit card, does it come right off my balance?
A: When you use your debit card, it does deduct the money from your account; but, if you use your card at a gas station, it only holds $1.00 until your purchase clears (or posts) to your account.

Q: How old do you have to be to get a card when you have a saving/checking account?
A: You have to be 18 and it is under manager's decision.

Q: If I can get checks in my account and I am under 18, why can't I get a card?
A: It's a bank policy not to give cards to anyone under 18. A checking account is opened for a minor with their parent in the account. The parent takes responsibility for any checks that are written insufficiently.

Q: Can I have my access limit changed?
A: You can speak to your branch manager about having your limit raised. It is set at $200.00 in the ATM and $1,500.00 at the point of sale for your protection.

Q: What is a charge to use debit cards?
A: We charge only at foreign ATM's.
